Faith Formation 2020
Forming faith in the 21st century is a challenge unlike that any the American church has faced in recent decades. Everything about faith formation is changing, as culture, sociological, and economic waves batter the walls behind which congregations have traditionally functioned. This project, offered as a service of LifeLong Faith Associates, is dedicated providing congregations with the tools necessary to find solutions that will work in the new century.

The mission of Faith Inkubators is to equip church leaders to effectively train their congregations in holistic, biblical, theologically sound faith formation systems. It strives to make the home the primary inkubator of faith for disciples of all ages by replacing classroom models of education with parent-involved small group models.

The Fuller Youth Institute leverages research into resources that elevate leaders, kids, and families. There's a lot of great stuff here about helping youth maintain their faith in college, plus resources for parents.

Supports adults in student ministry by providing insight into youth culture, fostering in-depth dialogue around important themes, and strengthening the student ministry community. This may be the best magazine regarding youth ministry currently being published.

Committed to integrating theory and practice, The Institute for Youth Ministry collaborates with seminaries, church leaders, congregations, communities, and adolescents to promote the strategic importance and practice of ministry with young people from early adolescence through college age. Training

The following websites provide a variety of short and long-term learning opportunities.

Its Youth Ministry Certification School is for youth ministry volunteers and professionals alike. You get adventure in an outdoor ministry setting, and skills in education, small groups, and community development. Classroom content provides Biblical and theological training, cultural analysis, long-range planning, family ministry and other Christian education insights. 

Offers an annual youth leaders training event every October.

The Certificate in Youth and Theology program is for individuals actively working with youth in churches or ministry organizations. It is helpful to youth pastors, staff, and volunteers. It is ideal for those seeking specific training in youth ministry who want to connect theological reflection and ministerial practice.

Offers an 8-day intensive course with five weeks of personalized online learning in Youth and Family Ministry for adult leaders, volunteers, clergy, parents, youth and seminary students in relating and forming Christ's ministry with youth. Participants learn about faith development, contemporary youth culture, strategic planning for congregational ministries, and valuable network building for ongoing ministry support and learning.
